personality. With years of home ownership experience along the coast, Blair can offer a

Blair started her career at Southern Accents and later Southern Living Magazine in Birmingham.
Since then Blair continued working in marketing and public relations for an impressive portfolio
of organizations, including the Museum of Fine Arts Houston and Christie’s auction house in
New York City.
Blair comes to EV with a well-developed background in real estate as a partner in a real estate
title company where she addresses the needs of buyers and sellers with a deep commitment to
customer service. Blair also enjoys owning and self-managing rental properties in Rosemary
Beach and surrounding communities. In addition, Blair was an active part of the ownership
team that developed Tuscaloosa’s first luxury boutique hotel, The Alamite. Blair oversaw many
aspects including the design process and the carefully curated art collection. With an eye for
detail and a passion for excellence, Blair brings a discerning perspective to the high-end real
estate market.
A native of Mountain Brook, Alabama, Blair and her family currently divide their time between
Tuscaloosa, Alabama and their home in Rosemary Beach. Blair’s personal interests range from
art and design to travel, especially when accompanied by her husband of 22 years, their two
teenage sons, and their dogs Macaroni and Reuben.
